Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

By submitting a deposit or adopting a kitten from Scenic City Himalayans (“the Breeder”), you (“the Buyer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review these terms carefully before proceeding with any payment or agreement.

2. Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten. This deposit ensures that the kitten is held exclusively for you and will no longer be available to other potential buyers.

  • Once a deposit is made, it will not be refunded under any circumstance, including situations in which the Buyer changes their mind, experiences financial hardship, or chooses not to complete the adoption for any reason.

  • Deposits may be transferred to another available kitten at the Breeder’s discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

  • The remaining balance for the kitten must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery. Payment methods accepted will be outlined during the adoption process.

3. Health Guarantee

  • All kittens will be examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to leaving the Breeder’s care and will come with appropriate vaccinations and health documentation.

  • The Breeder guarantees that all kittens are in good health at the time of sale.

  • Once the kitten leaves the Breeder’s property, responsibility for the kitten’s health, safety, and care transfers to the Buyer.

4. Adoption and Pickup

  • Kittens will not be released to their new homes until they are at least 12 weeks of age (or at the Breeder’s discretion, depending on health and development).

  • The Buyer is responsible for coordinating pickup or delivery according to the agreed-upon date. Failure to complete pickup within the stated time may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or the kitten.

5. Breeder Rights

  • Scenic City Himalayans reserves the right to refuse the sale or adoption of a kitten at any time, for any reason. In such cases, any deposit paid will be refunded only if the Breeder initiates the cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Scenic City Himalayans shall not be held responsible for any medical expenses, behavioral issues, or damages once the kitten has left our care.

  • The Breeder makes no guarantees beyond those expressly stated in this document.

7. Website Disclaimer

  • All information, photos, and content on the Scenic City Himalayans website are provided for informational purposes only. The Breeder reserves the right to update pricing, availability, and policies at any time without notice.

Acknowledgment

  • By placing a deposit or adopting a kitten from Scenic City Himalayans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the non-refundable nature of deposits.
